Casey's

Iv had problems with a employee casey jones mngmnt talked to her again this was 2nd incident 1st was worse. He assures me problem was taken care of and theyr working on it. I came back on a sunday early am to get a frozen pizza i'm disabled and use a cane and am on food stamps. I went to use my card for purchase and dark haired girl with piercings in her face said oh I don't even qualify for food stamps ur lucky. Then she kept trying to make it go through n it didn't so I paid with the little cash I have. I never returned to the store. Iv always raves about the svc of store untill recently. I made a comment to a friend who's visiting ur dawson mn location n I mentioned how her should stop at madison store iv been having horrable experience. And then shortly after that ur employee at the madison mn location alecia ann okeson. Made false and inaccurate accusations towards me stating I reported her and casey jones to corporate about drug abuse... Which I didnt I reported to mngment that an employee rebbeca sanford smelled of marijuana. I love the store and it's just a few bad apples she went in about how theyr glad I don't come in n was just nasty. Many ppl had seen it before she deleted the post I was so upset and didn't think to screen shot it she was very nasty. So iv had a few ppl who read the post contact me and said it was very vulger and completly out of line. I do have a few pm msgs she sent and a post on my wall to ask anyone who seen it to reach out so corporate could see that I didn't deserve this and had proof. Also iv been a great customer of this store and iv even brought homeade salsa n goodies for the hard working employees ask tj about my salsa. Also i'd like you to know untill this incident alecia ann okeson and I have had no qualms I even get the girls 2$scratch offs at holidays when I have a lil xtra.. I'm sorry but I had to report this. A woman who saw the post who I didn't know until this incident reached out as well and said she would be more then happy to talk to corporate and that I should report it.. Iv always gotten great service at caseys I travel alot for medical surgery's. So I want u to know I will just be using it dawson mn location.. Please help
