I do not post anything unless it's something worth posting... This is worth posting.
Never... Ever, take your vehicle to the Eden Prarie, Firestone Complete Auto Care.
What a joke this place is... and this is coming from someone whose father was an advocate of Firestone for many many years. I WAS an advocate of Firestone services. Even had a Firestone Card.
NOW... I will never buy or use any of their services or Firestone products ever again and will let everyone I know become aware of how useless this Eden Prarie, Firestone Complete Auto Care place really is.
I had an appointment for a simple oil change and brake pads. I have a confirmation and it was fine, documented, even printed out the confirmation.
This is my only car.
I get there and the He/She (to keep it gender neutral) told me they called and left a message on my phone and that it was canceled. He/She relayed the number correctly but I do not have a call or a message on my phone and it could not show me it called me so it clearly lied to me.
I can deal with delays... I can deal with cancellations but to out right lie to me to my face, I can not tolerate. I've had issues at this site before and just dealt with them but this was the last straw.
Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER SERVICE CENTER for car work. I'm not here to tell you which one... it doesn't matter because ANY place is better than here.
NOW I need to find an HONEST and reputable car shop in the Chanhassen area that will do oil changes and brake pads.
Pass the word... Stay Away from the Eden Prarie, Firestone Complete Auto Care. They will be a waste of your time. Truly
