I am one of the contracted security for pilgrim's pride in cold spring MN. On January 14th and employee by the name of Zakariye Gelle employee number 3248318 damaged my vehicle with his vehicle as I was sitting in my vehicle he then attempted to flee and hide inside the facility when confronted by security. Zakariye attempted to conceal his identity and refused to identify himself to multiple security officers until I was able to acquire his badge loosely hanging off his clothing. Zakariye then became violent assaulting my persons which is on video and can be provided if needed though the evidence has already been submitted to pilgrim's management in cold spring MN. I would like to know why this employee is still employed by pilgrim's as I saw him pull on to the property on January 18th on my shift.
Desired outcome: Immediate termination of employee 3248318 or I'll be forced to seek legal courses of action against both the employee and pilgrim's
