Family Go Karts

I have purchased 2 110cc 4wheelers for a christmas gifts for my twin 4 year old boys from Jeff at family go carts.com and they came not running for more than 2 minutes and then it would die! I contacted Jeff and told him my problems and he tried for me to fix both of them and take to a place to fixed! I said no he sent me a return slip from ups and then charged me 506$ for return shipping to pieces of junk and a180 $ for restocking fees !if anyone has had trouble with this company please contact me at [protected] mike Madison! Trying to get more people to join in on a multi person lawsuit so he can't ruin any more poor childrens christmas or birthdays!

Bought one for my son 3 years ago. Assembled it and tried to start it but it wouldn't. Waited thru Christmas morning and the cart was well received. Tried to start it again, no success. Contacted familygokarts several times and they emailed me several times with solutions that didn't work. Finally was instructed to remove engine and send to California. Was sent back with rude note saying do not run without oil! Well it never ran without oil because it never ran at all. So I replaced the engine and it still wouldn't start. Removed engine again and carried to local mechanic. After $200 worth of more charges it ran...for about a month then whole engine blew. Has been sitting ever since. Do not buy one of these pieces of junk. Spend the extra dollars and get a name brand.

Forget about going into too much detail. If you purchase anything from familygokarts.com you will regret it. Just do a google search and there are enough negative reviews for a reason. Do not be naive because maybe the price is good. The owner doesn't care and only wants your money! This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Not worth the head ache. Buyer beware!
