My Debit card was used without my permission, multiple charges made over $1, 000. Bank referred my complaint with fraud dept. My money was refunded. Later I'm informed my complaint was denied and money was taken back out, I have appealed this decision, after several weeks of the run around I'm still waiting. Mary from fraud dept. is waiting to talk to the officer that took my police report. The officer works night shift Mary works day shift when is this conversation going to place. My stolen money should not be based on police report! Please help with this issue
