On Sunday September 4, 2022 @4:45pm I visited Burger King #8732. When I placed my order I was told that I can only make a purchase with cash and that was fine. When I paid for my order, there was an older lady with glasses at the window who took my money to pay. My change was 8 cents. The lady took a good while returning back to the window after receiving my food. When she returned she got real rude and stated "I can't believe you are waiting here for 8 cents." I kept my composure at this time. I did not address her comment. However, I asked her while looking inside of my bag "may I please have some napkins." She told me in a rude manner again "we don't have any." At this point we just drove away. I am writing to you because I know that it is hard to find good employees these days, but if you do not get this lady in check you could find your store having a big altercation over something so simple. Her attitude could have really rubbed the right person the wrong way. First, if she was having problems making changes she should have mentioned that! Secondly, my husband and I weren't even waiting for the change initially. We were waiting on napkins. Third, I asked for extra condiments that weren't even provided in my meal and she had the audacity to ask me why I am waiting for my "8 cents"'. Finally, she needs to know that IF I WAS WAITING ON A PENNY THEN THAT IS MY PENNY AND I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO WAIT FOR IT! I don't usually complain but this woman was very disrespectful and I am sending this in hopes that she will suffer some consequences for her rude actions.
Desired outcome: This employee needs to provide an apology and be coached on how to conduct herself with customers especially when you are not able to provide everything that is needed for the customer.
Three times at burger King upper peach st. Erie. Pa. Thru drive thru food was cold won't be going back.
