I took my 2018 F150 in for the door latch recall. After picking my truck up and getting home, I noticed that my door panels were not seated properly with a gap on every door. Screws were not shot on bottom of panels and the door panels were damaged from where they were prying the covers off. Now, I noticed that my doors are leaking inside! I stopped by Russ Milne to talk to the service manager and he didn't even seem concerned about my issues. Just said to make an appointment and blew me off. I called and left a message and no response! It's been over a month now. Very unhappy! My next vehicle will most likely not be a Ford product with service like this!
