Borgess Medical Center

I tried for 5 days to get the billing/price for vaccination titers from the labs. I was given the run around on Friday, left a message and was ghosted. Called on Monday and Tuesday. Got transferred around, got hung up on, then had attitude. She said she was willing to look of some of them but not all. So I said ok, well get me to someone who will. and she said she didn't have time for this, and hung up on me! Nobody in Borgess has pricing other than her, and she didnt feel like giving me the rest of the pricing. NICE since I have to pay out of pocket! I hate Borgess!
