I schedule an appointment for vaccinations Friday, November 10, 2023 12:15 pm. I arrived at 12:10 pm to check end. After checking in, I was asked to have a seat. I waited until 12:30 pm and still had not received my shots. Nothing in your website noted that there will be 20 min or so waiting period after you arrive. The purpose of having an appointment is to be able to manage my time. No one came to let me know there would be an excessive waiting time. It's not the doctor's office. Very disappointed. I will not get vaccinations from Walgreens every again.
Claimed loss: I did not get my vaccinations
Desired outcome: Schedules should be adhered to. If you can't keep the appointment, at the very least let me know. Don't just leave a person sitting, waiting. Give me the option to continue to wait or reschedule.
