First thing we've noticed in this bay city location Cosmoprof is lack of enough inventory! Big sexy shampoos and conditioners, bed head small talk, perm rods etc. We buy small talk all the time to sell in our local hair salon, at best you can find 3 at the store, most of the time there is none. Right now completely out of clipper oil. List goes on and on. I bought a can of oster clipper spray and it didn't work, would not spray effectively. I tried and tried to use it at tha shop buy the liquid would spill down the side of the can. They didn't want to give me a new one saying I didn't have my receipt. I made them. I've never had this problem before. Chris stated cosmo prof rules not her rules md cosmo is citing covid as a reason. Pull up your big girl panties and be American patriots unlike a lot of other stores Using Covid As An Excuse! Why would that make a difference? I shop there weekly either through myself or our salon as well as all my stylist co workers and friends. I have been a hair stylist for 34 years and I am a bay city native born and raised here. Chris who works at this store is rude and short with lots of people. I can't tell you how many of my colleagues and hair stylist friends have said so. We are tired of her. Been a long time coming this complaint. If the store is not stocked and courteous we will all be switching to Saginaw salon centric! Was a blessing to have Cosmoprof in our town when it got here. Make us proud would ya?
