Domino's Pizza - hacked account and hundreds of dollars in fraudulent charges

My Domino's account was hacked on September 4, 2019. My account at Dominos was hacked and my account identity was stolen. I had to shut down all of my credit cards that was tied to my Dominos account. Domino's does not really have any protocols to close down a hacked account. I could not access my account as the thieves change my password. I was locked out of my own account. I had to manually look up Domino's customer service number which is no where to be found on you own online ordering site. After I located an number I call customer service. Customer service was suppose to reset my account or suspend. This CS was unable to even access my account on their end nor could that reset in on my end. I ask how is this possible that Domino's CS cannot even help reset or close my account. None of this was corrected by the Domino's customer service on the first call. I had to go through all of my credit card and direct pay accounts to audit any Domino's charges The charges to my account continued for 5 days and counting. I was finally able to shut down all of my credit cards that I know of to stop the fraudulent charges. I though I was also trying to help Domino's avoid any fraudulent orders. Only one Restaurants of the 8+ orders would even help me. Couple of the Dominos said they will cancel the orders or refund me the charges. All the other restarurants either refused to help me or said they would refund the charges. which they did not. Two hours of my time and 8+ fraudulent charges. Dominos systerm is broken and cannot help a customer close an account when it has been hacked. Hundreds of dollars in pizza orders and almost no assistance from the dominos restaurants and little help from the customer service to assure me that the problem is fixed. At this time 5 days later the fraudulent activities continue. I suggest everyone to never do business with Domino's on line. There app and online app is plagues with loopholes that will benefit hackers.
