Church's Chicken

Me and 2 other my colleague's went to this location and attempted to go in this establishment to order our orders at 7 pm... once we got to the door we realized the door was locked... we were told to take out orders to the drive thru window... we did so... after waiting nearly 10 minutes... we told them we had three separate orders and we're told by the same employees we can only submit two orders... we discussed the inconveniences we had gone through and they still refused to take three orders in a very in professional tone... I've worked in the retail and fast food industry most my life and there are standards every company goes by and customer service should always be on the top of that list... there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that we should be turned away twice while we are paying customers... so we took out business down the street to Popeyes Chicken in which we spent 40 dollars or better between the three of us and they took all three of out orders professionally... I will never eat at this location again and will spread the word of how church's chicken treats their customers...
