Town Fair Tire Centers

I pulled into the TFT in Portland Maine. I asked if they would please change my completely flat tire to the spare,as I was not from that area I live 30 min from there. I was told they were too busy and it could be 4 to 6 hours before they would have time. I can’t believe that they couldn’t help change a spare tire, which should take no more than 20 minutes. I wasn’t asking to cut the line to be next, but there was no budging. They were not gonna change my tire anytime soon I then had to reach out to AAA to come change my flat tire in the parking lot of town fair tire. I find this completely unacceptable and I won’t be using your store again, that was the worst customer service I could’ve possibly received and I have purchased two sets of tires in the last several years from your company not again !
