My manager and I choose Burger King a few times a week for lunch. The burgers are good and it’s affordable, however 2 out of 3 times we order the order is wrong and it missing something. My manager is highly allergic to onions and again 2 out of 3 times the burger has onions he has even got fries with onion rings in them. We have let them know about these errors and they offered a free meal. When I asked about it on my next visit they had no record of it. We let it go time and time again. Yesterday I ordered a plain burger and got all the dressing on it. I also ordered mozzarella sticks with no marinera. The visit was yesterday on 07/10/23 the store number we use primarily is #1193, order # 672797. I am to the point where I feel like pulling through drive thru and ask for whatever the employee wants to put in bag. My contact info is Nikea Benner 42 Jones St Auburn, ME 04210

Desired outcome: I would like more competent employees to ensure my order is correct atleast 75%of the time. I also would like some kind of compensation for the burgers my manager couldn’t eat.
