Firestone Complete Auto Care

When I first called to schedule my appointment I was for 8a but learned my appointment was at 9a. No worries. I wanted for my car to get an oil change for over 6 hours and watch people who came after me leave before me. Also, the bathrooms were so unclean with no materials that I had to walk to Burger King. I come here all the time and this was the worst I had every experienced. I told the manager about the bathroom but he never did anything about them. I am highly disappointed.
