To Whom It May Concern,

On Friday, July 9th (about 630 pm) I was at Towson Town Mall in Towson, MD 21286, and decided to go into the Journeys #1099 to purchase several pairs of sneakers that I seen. While looking at the women's sneakers with my husband; I over heard a couple of the staff talking and laughing at my weight. Instead of trying to assist with a sale that would of been no less the $500 for the Associate that would of been assisting, they decided to make fun.

My first thought was to curse them out, but I'm actually to old to act like them. I kindly told me husband that it was time to go. Once we were outside I told my husband the reason why I wanted to leave without purchasing the several pairs of shoes we came to purchase. As his wife, his first action was to go back in the store and put them in their place. I of course stopped him.

Therefore, I will not be going back to that particular location, maybe none of the locations at all. Journeys should take the time to evaluate those that they hire. Stores are so busy to just get someone in the store instead of evaluating who is really going to be assisting potential customers.
