Today I had an appointment and showed up at the appointment time
I was asked to come back in an hour and I did so and still waited an extra 15 minutes but it looks like the hair style would take an extra 20 to 25 minutes. This means that I would have waited 2 1/2 hours for my original appointment
Letting you know that the prices are very high and I give tips for their services.
I didn't like the fact that the Head, hairstylist which have done this on numerous occasions but never 2 1/2 late just 15 to 20 minutes late
Her nonchalant attitude and unprofessional services matter to me. It doesn't matter if you can do a better job and have all those skills but not providing excellent services to the customers eventually, I mean eventually people will see it for themselves and go somewhere and pay for the services they deserve be it high or low fee. This is Owings Mills Foundry location

This is a continuing services being unprofessional and nonchalant attitude by the head hairstyle of the company. It would have been nice to call or text and make it known that she needed to make a time change. Hairstyle do not take into consideration that you have other appointments, things to do ect. This is the purpose for making an appointment. Based on what she shared this could have been avoided
Yes, I found someone to do my hair and they do an excellent job and I saved $45.00
Thank you haircutty keep the good work up. I am pretty sure that I am not the only one feeling this way. I closed sign will be going up soon if you keep people waiting 2 1/2 hours
