Burger King

Order No. 311 - November 19, 2019

We placed our order at 6:59 pm. Service was so slow we didn't get our food until 7:15 pm. The employees were obviously having communication problems.

Both soda machines were out of ice and the drinks tasted awful. I told the cashier and she told one of the other employees but no one seemed to care (including the man who appeared to be the manager).

Cleanliness of store was totally unacceptable. Not one employee seemed to care about all the trash on the floor in their work area and continued to walk around it or right on it.

At least 80% of the tables were dirty. There was a floor tile leaning up against one of the tables.

I will not be going to this Burger King again.
