Woodforest National Bank

My Woodforest bank acct was able to be charged 9 unauthorized charges w/o EVER notifying me of fraud alerts so I could at least state if the charges were from me or not. How did Woodforest bank not catch 7 $400 charges 1 $200, & 1 $2524.66 totaling $5524.66 which has me distraught, my rent is due by the 5th. I live in MD & it shows Uber was used in CA, & DE. I had $6000 with multiple items coming out of my acct which then left me with $475.34 what makes this even more of a nightmare is I have payments drafting from my acct and now facing overdrawn fees that are racking up, bc I had no money to cover items coming out. I signed documents immediately after notifying them of these charges and I’m being told I can’t even receive a provisional credit until March 11…ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I will now have a late fee for my rent, and multiple overdrafts fees. This has to be resolved IMMEDIATELY!
