Mr. Tire

I went to replace 2 tires for my van. Store manager named Stu Aguilera after 45 min come out and told me that old tires is not coming out so we going to use big bar to take tires if studs going to break you have to pay to replace by new studs I told him I came to professional tire shop you cannot tell such a stupid things to customers tire was installed by Sears they used power drill your guys should be able to take out without any hassle guys was disappointed started to scream that is not his problem and said you have to go back to Sears I told him I just trying to give business to you he started to scream that going to call police if I not go out! I didn't ever see such bad customer service in my whole life! I asked him where is manager he said I am the manager of this store you cannot do nothing with me! He was so rude and I wondering how this big company like Mr Tire hiring such people as a manager! I need response from people who hired him my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com
