I love this company and I know everyone there. I have been a loyal customer for years and love to get to know all the new associate's, unfortunately I'm not very impressed with Kaprie. She is very sweet and will greet me when I come in but is no help after that. I've seen her on her phone talking to people through FaceTime, or sitting behind the register, meanwhile I have to find another associate to put me in a fitting room. This store never tolerated this when Faye was the manager. It's a shame.
