I am shocked at the lack of quality of the sandwich I received yesterday (9/28/23) that this complaint is warranted. I moved from Essex to Cockeysville (the opposite side of Towson where I work). The basic sandwich in Essex was truly delicious with big chunks of chicken breast, lots of bruschetta, green lettuce and spinach, with a little mayo. However, in Cockeysville, the basic sandwich was the polar opposite, flat with tiny pieces of chicken, a few pieces of shredded iceberg lettuce only, very little bruschetta, but way too much mayo.
Desired outcome: Be consistent in the quality of your food from location to location, and even if a sandwich isn't popular at the moment, care should be taken in preparing every order, every time.
