Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie

DO NOT take your car to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie. I had a terrible experience. I took my car in to be serviced for a noisy engine. Extensive work was performed. They charged me $4200 for the repairs. Less than 60 days later the noise returned. When I took the car back to Ourisman they said the new engine repairs would cost $9000 but because they value my business, they would reduce the cost to $6000. I was immediately suspicious and consulted another mechanic who confirmed my suspicions that they should have fixed my car properly the 1st time and that the mechanics were not qualified because they failed to properly check my car and the engine thoroughly before asserting it was fixed Oh and the best part is the day after I received the $9000 quote I started getting calls from the Ourisman sales department asking if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Not at all subtle. I know I am being scammed and the service department is trying to make their monthly sales quota at my expense. Please take your car some place else.
