When we watched the internet presentation and then made our purchase we asked about the refund policy. we were told we would be able to refund at a prorated amount. So when we cancelled the research investment within 22 hours because we were unhappy with the service, we were told we could not get a refund. This is not what Rachel told us. Thus we are filing a complaint to get our $3000.00 returned as we have tried to cancel this within 22 hours of purchase. They are not even listening to us because they are greedy and want their money without happy investors taking advantage of retirees.
Stansberry Research - Investment advice
I called to invest in silver stock and bitcoins to be told that the subscription I needed was an additional $12, 000 for a lifetime membership plus a yearly fee. I was then told my membership would be cancelled as I believed this was a scam and not what was offered, or appeared to be offered in my subscription. The membership services young lady was abrupt, rude and not helpful.
