This complaint is against Walgreens 15 Bolton Street in Reading Mass. I was told by the pharmacist that, "mistakes are made it's not a perfect world"! The pharmacist told me that whoever filled my prescription did not notice the dosage! Total incompetence! I will be pullong my prescriptions from Walgreens today.
