Hello,

I bought a pair of Nautica sandals on July 22. I wore them for about 1 hour in the yard, when I realized that they were extremely uncomfortable and the paint was coming off of them turning my feet blue. When I tried to return them, the manager told me that she cannot process the return because the sandals had been worn. I replied that this is how I figured out they are of poor quality because the paint was coming off turning my feet blue. The manager showed not concern whatsoever and was very dismissive telling me she will notify the corporate offices. I left both the sandals and the receipt at the store. The store is located in Raynham MA, on route 44.
I think I was sold a very poor quality product and I am entitled to a return.
Who do I have to contact for help?
