My name is Frank Ciaravolo, I've been a great customer of Walgreens for years, but I need to say the last few visits on picking up my prescriptions were horrible, I receive, a text saying that my prescription was ready, but in fact, they were not! And your staff is rude, so I decided to switch all the 20 medications that I take per month and switch all of them to CVS Pharmacy as of today, I will no longer do business with WALGREENS!

Hello, my name is Tammy Bryant, I have been a customer of Walgreens Pharmacy for a number of years now. I had a horrible experience today which is one of many. I have called the pharmacy, located in Laurinburg, N.C. several times today, never to be able to speak to any one at the local pharmacy. In fact, every time I called, no one ever answered and the call was disconnected. I am extremely tired of the long wait times in line and at the drive thru. They never have the medications ready when they say they will. I am going to switch to the WalMart pharmacy, which has way more staff to assist customers and your phone calls go directly to them not some outside party. So done!
