Red Robin

Order # [protected] online order I specifically asked for my burger to be well done which it was not it was pink. I do not eat under cooked meat! I also put in the special instructions since I was ordering 2 of the same type of burger that I wanted one with fries and one with chips. All the burgers came with fires and on top of my order was a sticker that said my special instructions. This is now the 2nd time I have had Red Robins and it wasn't to my order. If I do not hear back from a rep from Red Robin I will go to the Better Business Bureau.
