Do not do business with this company. The person running the show is a liar and if they make a mistake you will be sorry you did business with them. I sent them an bracelet to engrave. All they had to do is engrave the back of bracelet. When I received the finished item I discovered that they engraved the front of the bracelet. This is where the problem really began. He told me three times that they shipped the corrected bracelet. I found that he never even ordered the replacement bracelet from Amazon. He has the ability to create postal tracking #'s on his end. He used this ability to basically lie about shipping the item to me.

I did finally receive a refund for everything after I applied enough pressure to do so. I understand that people make mistakes but why he just didn't correct the mistake in the first place is beyond me. So, you've been warned stay clear of this business at all costs.
