Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I have been going to the zachary fantastic sams for many years. I went on friday, april 19th and was charged $10.00 for a blow dry. I have never been charged separately for that service. Was I overcharged? My charge for a hair cut/blowdry is usually $18.95; the last time I went, the stylist told me that the charge might go up to $25.95. I was charged 29.95, with a $3.00 coupon on the 19th.
