As a retired military member of 27 years and a high school football Coach, I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions feeding over 80 kids either going to or coming from football games. I'm emailing you to inform you that I will no longer be using this burger king to feed my kids returning from football games, and will be taking my business to the Wendy's across the street - it was convenient because of the proximity to the school, but due to the rude obscenities hurl from one of your employees during a recent visit with my family on April 6th, 2019 at 8:21 PM. The young lady came over the intercom and ask me for my order and then proceeded to scream at someone in the establishment about incorrect orders, I said hello and she then said can you hold on with a NASTY Attitude- I said yes and she then said "God Dam [censored]" as she closed the open mic not realizing it was still open. I pulled off and considered just not saying anything but the disrespect and the fact that she cursed in front of my children bothers me, also it left me explaining why was she cursing and rude to us. I believe this needs to be addressed before it cause further loss of business- Thank you for your time,
