Plato's Closet

I brought a brand new clothes into Plato's Closet practically new. The bag sat in the same spot I put it in from the time I got there I stayed here the whole time watching. Then I came back went up to the counter and asked about my items and they said I was done already. To make a long story short they never even looked at my clothes they glanced on top from the time I got there the girl that was working giving me dirty looks for no reason at all. I took all the time putting the clothes together if there's at least I could do is look at them. I'm very frustrated with Plato's Closet I don't know if I will ever go there again. They need to hire some people will better customer service skills.
