I made an order on the huddle house app at 9:07 am. I received an email saying it would be ready at 9:22. I walked in and a waitress asked if I was dining in or did I have an order. I told her I had an online order. She goes to the kitchen staff and asks them if my order was ready and they started complaining to her that they are taking too many orders. Both of the cooks complained the whole 10 mins that I stood there waiting on my order. They need to be aware that their kitchen is open to the public and all customer can hear them. This was my second bad experience and I will not be back.
