UltraShield

Ultra Shield is a complete scam. I regret not reading this before I called the company to report a stain on my couch. I was not entirely sure how the stain got there since I didn't see it happen, so it's not covered under the warranty. It's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This company is a total scam and the two people I dealt with on the phone, Danielle (the customer care rep) and Carmen (the customer resolution rep) were the two most rude and obnoxious people I have ever spoken to. Do not use Ultra Shield!
