Zoo Printing

I’ve had a problem with zoo printing as well, they sent me a coupon for business cards and I decided to use it, so they sent the package to my p.o box by UPS, (ups never delivers to a p.o box). Instead of my physical address. When I called them they said it would cost another 15.00 dollars for them to reroute the package to my home. So I decided to cancel the order and they have not credited my credit card, so every time I call them. They keep telling me that it will be taken care off right away, but they never get it done.
