I will never purchase another item from this company! The customer service is horrific, and that is putting it nicely. I have made several contacts to the actual store I purchased my items at and all I get is the run around and that the delivery date is pushed back another 30 days. Not one phone call from anyone to even update me on this. I have to call every 30 days or so just to get that lie. Then all they say is it isn't their fault it is the company they order from, no, its not that companies responsibility to call me it the company I purchased through. Once they get your money, they care nothing about you or their customers. They don't allow returns so all they do is scam their customers out of their money and hope they accept products 3-6 months later... If then. That is their idea of customer service. I have also spoken to the regional manager and nothing done with him either. All he wants to say is that that is a busy store, employees are new, covid, etc. Do not believe anything you are told by them because all it is, is lies. I went to the fern creek location so I am speaking about my experiences there. Stay away and take your business some place else... The little amount you save is not worth the headache or poor treatment. Also, you will get your items much quicker some place else.
