I have been a hairdresser for 27 years in Louisville Ky. I have been going to Cosmo on Westport rd for I cant even remember how long. Forever! I have never had any problems there until recently. This year they had a change in management. Since the new manager... They have bare shelves! They never have anything in stock. Whenever I go there.. Which is a lot. They never have what i'm looking for. It looks like a store going out of business. I have over heard several hairdressers talking about it. I live 3 minutes from store..Could walk there. When I ask the associates what's going on, they blame it on the company, warehouse or anyone else they can. I find myself driving to the Taylorsville Rd store on the other side of town to get Goldwell color and other supplies. No other supply house sells Goldwell. This morning I called Westport Rd about a popular blow dryer. They don't have it in stock. So I ordered on Amazon. Same price as Cosmo Prof. I think Corporate needs to investigate the store on Westport Rd before several stylist start going somewhere else. The problem starts with management (which is never there). There is always 1 older lady there all by herself. I don't always have time to order on time. Most stylist buy as we need.
