Big O Tires

So my son checked the oil that Big O tires said they changed but it is bone dry. My oil never was changed. I was wondering why it was saying it was a 50% so I asked my son the check it. I am not happy at all with the service I received from the Hill view Big O tires and being charged for services I did not receive+I paid for 4tires and was not told my one rim was cracked so they didn't put on the tire and let my pay and drive off without my fourth tire being replaced and paid for. The man at the counter said no one told you about the cracked rim, NO they did not. I am so frustrated about this experience. I ve been driving my car with no oil I.
