Baymont Inn & Suites

I've used this motel for National Street rod Nationals in August. Over the past five years or so the motel facility has been getting worse. Quality of the breakfast and cleanliness of facility has fallen into disarray. My recent stay at the 9400 Blairwood road Louisville Ky. was for four nights starting 08/04/2021 and leaving on 08/08/2021 was very eventful. The landscaping of this facility looks like it belongs in a slum area... Breakfast was a poor example with cold gravy and biscuits and no batter for the waffle machine. Yogurt was available and cold cereal, but not what I wanted. Coffee was weak and full of coffee grounds. Night attendant was supposed to start the breakfast by warming everything and making coffee, but instead locked lobby doors and slept all night. On 08/06/2021 a room was rented by some black family to have a birthday/pool party for one of the children. The more children showed up, the louder it got with older children playing their music VERY loud. The party went into night time hours and several of the street rodders started complaining to night attendant, but he said he couldn't do anything. Sometime during the night they started running down the hallways keeping people up from sleeping. I was told the dayshift manager was notified on 08/07/2021 of previous nights episode .
