Went to your restaurant tonight in Frankfort Kentucky. Had one of the most unbelievable experiences I've ever had in a restaurant or a bar. Upon walking in nobody really wanted to see us or pay attention to us. We always sit in the bar, the bartender try to shoo us away from the bar by tailing the hostess not to put us anywhere in his area as he didn't want to wait on us. So it just didn't start out well at all, the bartender said he was leaving, so can I not get a drink? At 8:10 in the evening, the bartender said he wanted to leave early and be showing the whole area down. So we set in the dining area. 20 minutes went by at least seven eight waitresses walked by us and completely ignored us as they were more concentrated on the to-go orders than anyone sitting in the restaurant. It was clear the staff was poorly poorly trained if at all it looked like a high school gym class completely dysfunctional. We finally got to order and the waiter was so disrespectful to my wife and I we were both in shock, I ordered a drink asked how it could be made since the bartender left so somebody else made it it was a margarita, and it came back and tastes like Mountain Dew. Horrible's! The waiter comes back over after about 20 minutes and says y'all doing okay, well we had ordered two salads is it possible they're ready he just walks off he comes back and slings the salads across the table crashing into the olive oil and pepper mix for the bread. And just walks away. At this point I had had enough of the attitude of this little [censored] as well as the other five or six waitresses they were walking around ignoring everyone it was seated in the restaurant. Everyone should have been fired that night, they were talking about the manager who's been stealing employees pay checks and cashing them, I can't believe the corporate office would even allow this place to be open. If you can't service the public shut the goddamn doors. Don't treat my wife and I like we're second-class citizens, how dare you treat your employees to treat the public like this shame on you!
