Salesman going door to door pounded on my front door at 6:30pm, which startled me. I thought there was some sort of emergency. There was a man at my door who tried to use a ruse (lie) that my neighbor suggested he come to my house because he thought I might benefit from their service. He insisted this was true, that my neighbor sent him. I called his bluff and I made him walk to my neighbor's house, whom I have known for 25 years. My neighbor said he never sent the Aptive salesman to my house, confirming the salesman was lying. I told the salesman to get out of our neighborhood, yet he kept going door to door bothering people at the dinner hour. I tried following up with management to inform the company they have disrupted a neighborhood and a representative is lying to potential customers. but the way they have structured their phone communication, you are sent to an answering service. I have left multiple messages for management to contact me with no result. This is an unethical, lying type of company that does not deserve your patronage.
