On 5/6/18 I had a partial made I paid $554.50 on 710/18 I had a cleaning done the insurance declined I needed a deep cleaning after all was paid I ended up with a $74 credit. A year later I get a bill for $422.50 and showing I only paid $480.50 On 5/6 ihave made numerous calls to the Vincennes office talked to a Andrea and a Clayton with promise of a call back they not only took away the $74 credit they deducted another $74 from the payment I made on 5/6. I also sent a payment in for $348.50 in July of this year. I want the missing $74 placed on this balance to bring it to zero.
