Hi, I recently visited the Schererville Indiana location on Monday, September 17, 2023. I placed an order through the drive-through. I ordered two entrées ask for sweet peppers and hot peppers on both sandwiches to be put on the side. I ordered a large beef and a small beef with mozzarella cheese. Ask the lady at the window if everything was in there, and I pacifically asked if my hot peppers were in there she stated everything’s in the bag. Proceed to drive my 40 minute drive home to enjoy this meal. I got from Portillo’s. Getting home my order was wrong. I was giving two small roast beef sandwiches. One was missing mozzarella cheese I did not receive hot peppers or sweet peppers at all. Called the Location number which was 219 276. 8150. Call Monday. Young lady told me I will be getting an email regarding two free entrées which I did not receive that Monday like she said I would receive through email. Look through spam look through my inbox. Nothing proceeded to call again on Tuesday regarding this matter very sweet young lady. Also said maybe she put the wrong email and I will do this for you. You should check your inbox or spam within the next 10 minutes you should receive an email from us, I still have not received my email from Portillo’s regarding my entrées that I was told I was going to receive an email. Can you kindly look into this matter if you can it was at the Schererville location in Indiana order number was G8 and it was between 130pm in the afternoon It was disappointing I didn’t get to receive what I ordered and wasted $31 For a sandwichssthat was dry with no sweet peppers or hot peppers or cheese.
