Indiana Farm Bureau - Unfair claims settlement practice, failure to disclose policy limits, refused to advance necessary underinsured policy limits, denied coverage

We had full coverage policy limits on everything we owned. Platinum HO policy, 4 times the amount of underinsurance coverage on our auto with full coverage on all of our vehicles. My husband was rear ended in our vehicle. We were not aware of the Indiana insurance laws.
The responsible motorist only carried minimum liab benefits. My husband had surgery 4 months prior to the accident. He sustained numerous injuries. The most serious one was his right shoulder. Due to the accident his shoulder was held on by a few fibers of tendons. Surgery was required to repair just the one injury. We provided the cost of the surgery, because he just had it done months before the accident we knew what was required. The cost of the surgery exceeded the policy limits of the at fault motorist. We received the policy limits from them. We contacted our insurance co. Indiana Farm Bureau and requested advance payment or at least guarantee of payment from our underinsured policy provisions in order to pay for medical bills from the accident and the upcoming surgery. The insurance adjuster, her manager, & the regional manager first told us the only coverage we had was $5, 000. for medical. they refused to disclose to us that we could open a claim for underinsured benefits which we had 4 different policies that had $100.000.00/$300.000.00 underinsured coverage. Our insurance policies were not unambiguously written. Whereas upon reaching out to our insurance agent he also claimed that we only had $5, 000 worth of coverage. When we learned that we could use our underinsured coverage, we received the policy limits from the at fault motorist in August 2019. Our insurance policy was written that they would have to advance money to us under our underinsured policy provisions or and or offer us the same amount that the at fault motorist offered us within 30 days in order to subrogate from the amount of our policy provisions. they did not make us an offer until the end of november 2019 and when they did they tried forcing us to sign a release allowing them to keep $50, 000 out of our policy coverage. They also refused to allow us to combine our policies that we had available that contained seperate policy numbers and seperate premiums. even though they did not state in our policies that we were not allowed to stack the policies . in fact our policies state that we would have to exhaust our the policy of the vehicle that was involved in the accident first then the second would be to exhaust the other policies we had with them until the full loss had been covered. The insurance agent collected premiums on policies that he changed. This same insurance company lied to the insurance commission when responding to the complaint we filed against them. there is so much negligence and misconduct by this company this is just the tip of the ice berg. I have filed a civil tort complaint against them with the Indiana court. We are still gathering evidence because my husband which once was a master craftsman artist who built beautiful custom furniture and cabinetry is now totally disabled because of their lack of duty and illegal activity on this claim

Desired outcome: For Indiana Farm Bureau to pay for damages they caused. To pay the policy limits that we had coverage for and to sanction the agent and adjusters involved & charge them for the damages
