Meijer

Hello I'm from Kokomo Indiana 46901 area code. First off I'm a regular customer at meijer I shop there at least 2x a week. I will no longer shop there as of 4/3/2020 I spend good money when I do go.. I so do not appreciate being followed around the store 3 employees followed and watched me while I was trying to shop after watching me one asked if I needed help I told her No so they all decided to watch me? Mean while a guy is over in the shoe department stealing shoes. I get it people steal all the time! I so do not have to steal I work everyday and make good money. I'm employed at Chrysler full time I also do CNA work. Each employee were out of order & something needs to be done I complained to the cashier while the 3 employees continued to watch. The cashier told me to go to front office I asked for a store manager they said he/ she was not in, which I didn't believe. I made my complaint anyway, I personally felt like they just told me something just to calm me, excuse my language but I was pissed. I took a look at one of the workers badge her name was Elizabeth. Like I said something needs to be done immediately for other African Americans that shop there I will no longer give my money to any meijer as long as I'm living.. it was rude & I felt very disrespected to the fullest. I could go further with this situation but I'm trying to file suit in order chain of command I want answers.
Why does DISCRIMINATION still exist?

My daughter and i went to your store on 08/16/2019 around 16:24 and i stopped at the deli because i wanted to get a pasta salad there were two ladies one younger and one older which the older employee was helping another customer and acknowledge that she was in the middle of something to me the younger one was helping another customer after she was done with them another customer came up and instead of helping me she says ill help the next customer and started helping the gentleman and looked at me several times after she was done with him she didnt acknowledge me and went to put on another set of gloves then walks past me to tell the other employee to switch with her and then i walked away because her customer service was horrid and rude i will not get anything from your deli because if her...i generally love your store and never have been treated like that she is a disappointment to customer service...
