Bought windows 8/17/2012.Salesman said it would be 2 weeks and they would be ready to install. Called two weeks later was told it would be six weeks not 2. Fine. Called 6 weeks later. Set up appointment. Was told they would be her on 10/9/2012 between 8 am and 2pm. If they got here in the afternoon they would finish up on 10/10/2012. Fine took 10/9 &10 off work. On 10/6 my children came over moved furniture in middle of floor ( out of the way of the windows) took down curtains and drapes, and plastic. I am ready for the installers.
On Monday evening 10/8 @4:30 pm Window World called and cancelled my installation appointment. Wanted to reschedule for Thursday or Friday.I said no way I had taken off two days and I wasn't taking off any more. They said they would do it Wed, Fine except why tell me this at last minute I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. My daughter and Granddaughter took off Wed to get the house back together. I think you have POOR customer service. I guess you think as you will only work for me once its acceptable.. It is NOT. Peggy Holland

Window World is a Joke I used them twice and will never use them again because there Lafayette Indiana Office is a Joke then when I was at the Property they was Charging a 10.00 per window lead clean up and that was not happen then only one guy did the work took two days they told me on the phone they would have a group of guys and when you talk to the Lafayette Office they where talking to 1st grade class did not nothing
We waited 3 months before we even got an appointment scheduled. Finally got an appt scheduled for December. My husband called off work to be home, as we have an infant that I needed to look after. Window World called the morning of to reschedule for the following week because they were behind.
When they finally showed up to do the install their guys were smoking right through the open holes into my house, causing the house to wreak of cigarette smoke.
Customer service sucked.
