On February 2, 2023 I purchased my 30 days for the Sip N' Save program. My bank shows the transaction of $5.99 + 7% sales tax which is Indiana's sales tax. The total amount of the purchase = $6.41. As of February 8th, 2023, no activation has been forth coming.
The Circle K Store #02403 is located on the east side of Indianapolis at 25th Street and N. Post Road.
I have called your toll free number listed at the store several times and I have left several messages with my name and phone number but I have yet to receive a call back or text message from your company regarding why my payment has not been processed.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the program activated starting now or have a refund. I would like to know why your customer service does not back up what they profess .
