Lowe's

On July 15 2022 we purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from a Lowes in Fort Wayne only to discover the ice makers did not work. We tried to return the item, but it had been 72 hours past the 48 hour return limit. My husband fixed one of the ice makers. Now almost 1 year later we still have a broken fridge. They say so sorry "The part is on back order or unavailable or whatever excuse is handy at the time." After spending $3000 and living with a broken appliance, our patience are at an end. Will you please help us?
