Some of The staff at Rescare in Bedford Indiana are unprofessional, very rude, and treat other staff/clients like garbage. I did not cover a shift for one of the staff, and now they are accusing me of all kinds of things, and had me moved from the house they work in. I worked in a house where the clients sister is staff, along with her mother. I am not the first staff that has worked here, to be treated this way. Shirley Gabbard is the clients mother/guardian/staff. She made false accusations against me, because I told her I was not covering her daughters shift, (shandalyn Dotts) and requested for me to be moved. She is also angry because I took a weekend off to visit family out of state. I have come into work, and the house has been completely trashed, food, drinks, toys from shandalyns kids, trash, trash bags full of trash not taken out, sink full of dishes, the client in a dirty diaper, I have proof of everything.
