Chevrolet - terrible experience

My husband took our truck in to be repaired because the brakes failed and it caused a minor accident. First they replaced the master cylinder then realized that was not the problem, so then they replaced the rear proportion valve. Now about 2 months later the breaks went out AGAIN! They say its the brand new master cylinder that went out this time. So they are trying to make us pay $75 just for them looking at it and and telling us that a 2 month old part is no good.
